You shall carefully read and fully understand this agreement before using the products and/or services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd Your use of the products and/or services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd (including download, installation, startup, browsing, registration, login, use, etc.) signifies your agreement to all the terms of this agreement; If you are unwilling to accept any of the terms of this agreement, you shall not use or immediately cease to use the products and/or services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd The relevant operation prompts, Q&A guides, usage assistance, or rules and processes displayed to you by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd on the platform constitute a part of the relevant rules for your use of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd's products and/or services, and have the same equivalent force as this agreement.
1.2 After you accept this agreement, this agreement may be modified due to changes in national policies, products and/or services, and the environment for performing this agreement. The modified agreement will be published in an appropriate location on the company's abbreviation platform. If you continue to use the company's abbreviated products and/or services after the update of this agreement, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the updated agreement and are willing to be bound by it.
1.3 The term "user" as used in this agreement includes both registered and unregistered users. Users of products and/or services without registered Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltds shall automatically become "non registered users" of Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltds when downloading or installing products and/or using services with Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltds, and shall comply with all other terms except for the user registration provisions of this agreement.
1.4 The "Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd" referred to in this agreement refers to the full name of the company.
1.5 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd needs to remind you that due to the large number of products and services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, the content of the products and services provided to you may vary. This agreement is a general user service clause that applies uniformly to the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd For certain specific products/services of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd will also establish a specific user service agreement to more specifically explain to you the service content, service rules, and other contents of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd You should fully read and agree to the entire content of the specific user service agreement before using that specific product/service.
1.6 If you are a minor, please read this agreement with your guardian and pay special attention to the minor terms. The exercise and performance of the rights and obligations under this agreement by minors shall be deemed to have been recognized by the guardian.
1.7 Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd: We kindly remind you that there may be significant provisions regarding your rights and interests in this agreement. The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has been used in bold font to specifically remind you. Please pay attention to the key points for reference. At the same time, both parties agree that the aforementioned terms do not belong to the provisions of Article 40 of the Contract Law that "exempt the other party from liability, increase the other party's liability, and exclude the other party's main rights". That is, both you and the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd recognize the legality and validity of the aforementioned terms, and you will not claim that the terms in the agreement are illegal or invalid based on the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd's failure to fulfill reasonable obligations such as prompt.
1.8 If you have any doubts or other related matters during the reading of this agreement, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd provides you with multiple feedback channels. Please refer to the "Contact Information" section for details. The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd will provide you with answers as soon as possible.
Service Description
2.1 Products and/or services provided by the company to users, including but not limited to:
2.1.1 The company website and any other website directly owned or operated by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd (also known as the "Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd website");
2.1.2 Clients directly owned or operated by the company for short include but are not limited to all terminal client products such as tablets and mobile phones (also called "the company for short clients");
2.1.3 Other products and/or services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd (The products and services listed above are collectively referred to as the "Company Abbreviated Products and/or Services", and the platform on which the above products and services are located is collectively referred to as the "Company Abbreviated Platform")
2.2 This agreement is used for all products and/or services referred to as the Company, including but not limited to software, websites, services (including off-site services, such as advertising services for the Company's short name and plug-ins for "application or sharing of services through the Company's short name") and related products or service functions included, and the user end includes but not limited to mobile terminals.
2.3 The products and/or services referred to in the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd are limited to users' use on the platform referred to in the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd Any illegal means such as malicious cracking to separate the products and/or services referred to in the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd from the platform referred to in the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd do not belong to the products and services referred to in this agreement. All legal consequences arising from this are the responsibility of the perpetrator, and the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd will hold the perpetrator legally responsible in accordance with the law.
2.4 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd is the only legal way for users to download, install, start, browse, register, log in, and use the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd service through official means. Any products and services (including but not limited to account, client download, and other services) obtained by users through any other channels, any means, or any other means without the legal authorization of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd are illegal, and the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd does not recognize their effectiveness, And once discovered, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to immediately delete, cancel, reset, and seal the account, and any adverse consequences arising from this shall be borne by the user.
2.5 The user has the right to use the legally obtained JWOBS App and account within the scope authorized by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, but the user confirms that they only have the right to use the above services and products, The ownership and intellectual property rights of the above services, products, and their derivatives belong to the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd or are legally authorized (except for the ownership of physical products obtained through legal channels, personal property belonging to users under the account, and other rights and interests specified by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd). The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to revoke the above-mentioned usage rights to the maximum extent permitted by law and based on actual circumstances, without notifying the user or obtaining the user's consent.
2.6 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to make advance announcements to users (including but not limited to pop-up page announcements, official website announcements of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd) to modify, replace, and upgrade any products and/or services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd and/or people and software related to the aforementioned products and/or services. If the user does not agree to the modification, replacement, or upgrade of any products and/or services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd and/or the software related to the aforementioned products and/or services, please directly refuse, stop, or cancel. Otherwise, it shall be deemed that the user agrees to the modification, replacement, or upgrade of any products and/or services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd and/or the software related to the aforementioned products and/or services, and the aforementioned modification, replacement, or upgrade shall not affect the validity of this agreement.
2、 Service usage rules
3.1 Users must provide complete, true, accurate, legal, valid, and up-to-date personal information to the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd when applying for registration to use its products and/or services. If the above information changes, users should make timely changes. And ensure that the above information is the true information of the user himself/herself, and shall not falsely use others' identity or use others' email, phone number, etc. to register the JWOBS App and account. If account disputes or related issues arise due to untrue registration information, untimely updates, or fraudulent use, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd shall not be held responsible. At the same time, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend this account according to the actual situation.
3.2 Users can only register as JWOBS App registered users through the official channel of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd Any JWOBS App and account information obtained through other unofficial channels other than the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd (including but not limited to purchasing, renting, borrowing, sharing, etc.), as well as malicious use or destruction of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd registration system to obtain registered accounts, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd does not guarantee its legality and normal use. If the account is suspended, cancelled, or withdrawn as a result, the user shall bear full responsibility on their own.
3.3 Users should register their accounts through genuine identity authentication, and the account name, avatar, and profile submitted by the user must not contain illegal or harmful information. The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to review the above information and the user's true identity. If the above situation exists, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to refuse registration, or if there is illegal or harmful information in the account avatar, profile, and other registration information, The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to unilaterally take measures such as rectification, clearance, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, deregistration, and withdrawal without notice.
3.4 Users shall not maliciously register their JWOBS App account through any means (including but not limited to using invalid and unverified email, invalid mobile phone number, or using someone else's identity for malicious registration), or use the JWOBS App account to engage in illegal activities, disrupt, harass, deceive other users, or engage in other violations of this agreement. The company has the right to permanently suspend, deregister, or revoke the aforementioned account, resulting in losses, It is the responsibility of the user. At the same time, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to transfer the above-mentioned actions to the competent department for handling.
3.5 The ownership of the JWOBS App and account belongs to the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, and users only have limited access to the JWOBS App and account. Users are responsible for all actions carried out under the account they have the right to use. Users should properly keep their own account and password, and may not transfer, lend, rent, sell or share the JWOBS App account with others. Otherwise, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend this account based on the actual situation. When a user's account or password is used without authorization, the user should immediately notify the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd Otherwise, unauthorized use will be considered as the user's own behavior. In order to ensure the security of users' accounts, the company may periodically or irregularly use different methods to verify users' identities, including but not limited to requiring input of verification codes, SMS verification, email authentication, etc. If the user is unable to complete the verification or refuses to verify, the company may reasonably suspect that the user's account is abnormal or stolen, and suspend the provision of products and/or services to the user and/or take further measures.
3.6 If the user account information is lost due to reasons other than the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, if the user needs to retrieve it, they must provide corresponding information and proof in accordance with the official account retrieval process published by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, and ensure the legality, authenticity, and validity of the provided information and proof documents. If the provided materials are not true or meet the requirements, and cannot pass the security verification of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd account, it may lead to account retrieval failure, The corresponding risks and losses shall be borne by the user.
3.7 Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd: In order to ensure the provision of higher quality services to more users, users agree that Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to permanently cancel or withdraw the JWOBS App account that has not been used for six consecutive months, and to illegally obtain the JWOBS App account and the JWOBS App account that violates this user agreement.
3.8 The user agrees that the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd places commercial advertisements or any other type of commercial information in various ways during the provision of products and/or services (including but not limited to placing advertisements on any location on the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd platform, and placing advertisements in the content uploaded or disseminated by the user), The user agrees that the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd will send product promotions or other related business information to the user through email or other means after obtaining the user's consent.
3.9 The user is aware and agrees that due to broadband and network connectivity issues, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd may encounter long buffering, lag, or other similar situations during the provision of products and services. Such situations are not the fault of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, and the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd is not responsible for such situations to the user. In order to reduce or even avoid the occurrence of the above situations, and further improve the user's service experience, the user confirms that the company can adopt a series of technical means to optimize products and services.
3.10 The user acknowledges and agrees that the products and services provided by the company's abbreviation must be connected to the internet in order to be used. Therefore, the user shall bear the costs of upstream and downstream network communication traffic generated during the use of the products and services, which will be charged by the network operator. Users can also set relevant network usage information through the product's settings page.
3.11 When using the products and/or services referred to in the company's abbreviation, users should abide by the constitutional laws, including but not limited to the Law of the China on Guarding State Secrets, the Copyright Law of the China, the Regulations of the China on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, the Administrative Provisions on Internet Electronic Announcement Services, the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Information Network Dissemination Laws and regulations related to computer and internet regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law; We should abide by public order, respect social morality, and not endanger cybersecurity. We should not use the internet to engage in activities that endanger national security, honor, and interests, incite subversion of state power, overthrow the socialist system, incite division of the country, undermine national unity, promote terrorism and extremism, promote national hatred and discrimination, spread violence, obscene and pornographic information, fabricate or disseminate false information to disrupt economic and social order, And activities that infringe on the reputation, privacy, intellectual property, and other legitimate rights and interests of others. In any case, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd may terminate the provision of products and/or services to a user at any time without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the user has engaged in the aforementioned behavior.
3.12 Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities using the products and services provided by the company's abbreviation:
3.12.1 Production, uploading, copying, transmission, dissemination, including any opposition to the fundamental principles established by the Constitution, endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, undermining national unity, damaging national honor and interests, inciting national hatred, discrimination, undermining national unity, undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder Contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations or other objectionable contents, including but not limited to information, materials, words, software, music, photos, graphics or other materials, that terrorize or abet crimes, insult or slander others, or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
3.12.2 Harming minors in any way;

3.12.4 Forgery of titles or other manipulation of identification data, causing people to mistakenly believe that the content is transmitted by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd;
3.12.5 Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit content that is not authorized to be transmitted (such as internal or confidential information);
Upload, post, send emails, or otherwise transmit content that infringes on anyone's patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other exclusive rights;
3.12.7 Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit advertising letters, promotional materials, "spam", etc. Excluding dedicated areas for the aforementioned purposes;
3.12.8 Tracking or harassing others in other ways, illegally invading others' networks, interfering with their normal functions, stealing network data, and other behaviors that endanger network security;
3.12.9 Providing programs and tools specifically designed to engage in activities that endanger network security, such as intruding into the network, interfering with normal network functions, and taking protective measures to steal network data, or knowingly providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment and settlement assistance to others who engage in activities that endanger network security;
3.12.10 Use the services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd to establish websites and distribution groups for committing fraud, imparting criminal methods, producing or selling prohibited or controlled items, and other illegal and criminal activities, or use the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd's network to publish information related to committing fraud, producing or selling prohibited or controlled items, and other illegal and criminal activities;
3.12.11 Upload, post, send e-mail or transmit in other ways software viruses or other Computer code, files and program materials that interfere with, damage or restrict the functions of any computer software, hardware or communication equipment;
3.12.12 Interfering or damaging the company's abbreviated services or servers and networks connected to the company's abbreviated services;
3.12.13 Intentionally or unintentionally violating any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, or other legally binding norms;
3.12.14 Users must ensure that their uploaded content does not violate relevant regulations of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, including but not limited to the "Regulations on the Management of Internet Audiovisual Program Services" (State Administration of Radio, Film and Television 56). The uploaded content should comply with laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules, and the uploaded content should not contain the following content:
（1） Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
（2） Harming national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity;
（3） Leaking national secrets, endangering national security, or damaging national honor and interests;
（4） Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, or infringing on ethnic customs and habits;
（5） Advocating cults and superstitions;
（6） Disrupting social order and disrupting social stability;
（7） Inducing minors to commit illegal crimes and portraying violent, pornographic, gambling, or terrorist activities;
（8） Insult or slander others, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of citizens' personal privacy and other individuals;
（9） Harming social morality and damaging the excellent cultural traditions of the nation;
（10） Other contents prohibited by relevant laws, administrative regulations, and national regulations.
If the uploaded content provided by the user contains information or content that violates policies, laws, and regulations, the user shall directly bear all adverse consequences caused by the uploaded content. If any adverse consequences are caused to the company, the user shall be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating for all losses caused as a result.
3.12.15 Without the prior written permission of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, obtain the services, content, and data of the platform by any means (including but not limited to robot software, spider software, crawler software, and any other automatic programs, scripts, software) and for any reason, or entrust others to assist others in obtaining the services, content, and data of the platform;
3.12.16 Obtaining and using the products and/or services of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd for commercial or other non personal purposes for oneself or others without prior explicit authorization from the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd;
3.12.17 Without the explicit authorization of the company's abbreviation, display all or part of the service content of the company's abbreviation in any public place, whether for a fee or free of charge (except where your above behavior does not constitute infringement);
3.12.18 Using improper means or in a manner that violates the principle of good faith (such as exploiting rule loopholes, exploiting system loopholes, abusing membership, black industry, speculation, etc.) that violates the original intention of the company to provide services/organize activities;
3.12.19 By infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
3.12.20 Other behaviors that are not explicitly authorized by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd or violate this agreement, laws, regulations, or regulatory policies;
3.13 Users who use the products and/or services referred to in the company's short name to create, upload, release and disseminate symbols, text, pictures, audio, video and other content on the company's short name platform shall ensure that the uploaded content does not violate the laws, regulations and relevant normative documents of the Chinese Mainland region and the use of local laws and regulations, nor infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, otherwise all adverse consequences caused by the user shall be borne by himself, If losses are caused to the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd shall also be liable for compensation. If the relevant rights holder claims rights against the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd due to the user's violation of this clause, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to directly delete, offline, or block the disputed content without notifying the uploaded user.
3.14 Users shall independently and completely bear legal responsibility for their use of the company's abbreviation service to create, upload, publish, and disseminate symbols, text, images, audio, videos, and other content. If any losses are caused to the company's abbreviation, they shall be liable for compensation to the company's abbreviation. At the same time:
3.14.1 In order to maintain the laws, regulations and relevant normative documents in the Chinese Mainland region and the service area where users use the company's abbreviation, protect the legitimate rights and interests of others, and maintain the reputation and security of the company's abbreviation, the company's abbreviation has the right to directly delete symbols, words, pictures, audio, video and other contents that users use the company's abbreviation products and/or services to produce, upload, publish, and disseminate without prior notice to users;
3.14.2 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to impose a ban on the user's ID based on the severity of the situation, permanently prohibiting them from using the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd's products and/or services to create, upload, publish, and disseminate symbols, text, images, audio, video, and other content;
3.14.3 The backend records of Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltds may serve as evidence of user violations of laws and regulations, breach of contract, or infringement.
3.15 Users should ensure that they will not use the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd service or its derivative services to infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd and others. It is prohibited to disrupt the normal operation of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd through network vulnerabilities, malicious software, or other illegal means, steal or embezzle others' accounts and assets under their account numbers, etc; Other content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others is prohibited. Otherwise, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to freeze or block the user and account based on the severity of the situation. If a crime is constituted, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to transfer it to the competent department for handling.
3.16 Users can consult with the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd and obtain reasonable technical support for the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd services. The obligation of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd should not exceed the reasonable tolerance limit of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd
3.17 When users enjoy other services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, in addition to complying with the provisions of this agreement, they are still required to comply with all the agreements that the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd publishes on the corresponding service page that users are required to comply with (the above agreement names may be adjusted in the future due to business needs, and the specific display on the platform shall prevail. The change of the agreement name shall not affect the effectiveness of this clause).
3.18 If you use products or services provided by a third party on the company's abbreviated platform, in addition to complying with the provisions of this agreement, you should also comply with the service terms of the third party.
3.19 You are aware and agree that if you or the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, after independent judgment, believes that you have violated any national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, violated this agreement, or damaged the reputation or interests of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to independently decide to take one or more of the following measures:
3.19.1 If there is a separate clause in this agreement regarding the handling of this behavior, it shall be handled in accordance with that clause;
3.19.2 Taking one or more measures without notifying you to stop your behavior and its consequences, such as deleting/blocking relevant links or content, restricting/revoking your account/account usage permissions, etc;
3.19.3 Interruption or termination of some or all services without notifying you, and the relevant service fees you have paid will not be refunded or will receive any form of compensation/compensation;
3.19.4 If your actions cause any losses to the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, you shall bear full liability for compensation and complete the payment of expenses within the time limit required by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd
3、 Upload and share user content
4.1 The user fully understands and agrees that the user upload, share, and disseminate information platform provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd is only used for users to upload, share, transmit, and obtain information. The platform or any content transmitted through the platform does not reflect the views or policies of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, and the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd does not assume any responsibility for this. At the same time, users should make their own judgments on the content provided by other users of the platform and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or practicality of the content. The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd assumes no legal responsibility for this. The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to decide on its own whether to agree with the user's behavior of publishing and sharing information, including deleting, blocking, or disconnecting links without notifying the user. Any losses arising from this shall be borne by the user. The user is aware and agrees that the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has no storage obligation for the information published or shared by the user, and the user should backup it on their own.
4.2 Unless there is evidence to the contrary, if a user uploads, publishes, or transmits content using the platform service referred to in the company's abbreviation, it shall be deemed that the user is the copyright owner or legal authorized person of the content uploaded, published, or transmitted on the platform referred to in the company's abbreviation. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, the user's use of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd platform to publicly publish, disseminate, and share images, text, audio, video, and other information and content represents the user's right and agreement to permanently, irrevocably, and freely grant the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd the right to exercise all copyright rights over the information and content, except for the rights belonging to the copyright owner, worldwide, That is, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd can exercise the right to use, publish, disseminate, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate and other rights to the above works, and create Derivative work, disseminate, perform and display them; The right to incorporate all or part of the information into any other form of work, media, or technology; The right to conduct commercial development on users' uploading and publishing information; Download, on-demand, and data transmission of information provided to users' computer terminals, mobile communication terminals (including but not limited to portable communication devices such as mobile phones and smart tablets), handheld digital audio and video playback devices, television receiving devices (analog signal receiving devices, digital signal receiving devices, digital TV, IPTV, playback devices with internet access function, etc.) through wired or wireless networks The rights to mobile video services (including but not limited to SMS, MMS, WAP, IVR, Streaming, 3G, 4G, mobile video and other wireless services), as well as related promotional and promotional services.
4、 User Personal Information Protection

Intellectual Property
6.1 Under the protection of international copyright conventions, the copyright law of the China, the patent law, and other laws and regulations on intellectual property, all intellectual property rights of the products and/or services of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd and the software, interface, interaction and other elements used, LOGO, trademark, logo, graphics, text, voice, audio, video, portrait, pictures, technology, materials, etc. belong to the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd "Intellectual property" includes any and all rights, any and all other ownership rights, and any and all applications, updates, extensions and recoveries thereof under the Patent Law, Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Unfair competition Law and other laws.
6.2 Users are not allowed to modify, adapt, translate the software, technology, materials, etc. used in the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd service, or create derivative works related to it. They are not allowed to obtain their source code through reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or other similar actions. Otherwise, all legal consequences arising from this shall be borne by the user, and the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd will pursue the legal responsibility of the defaulting party in accordance with the law.

Unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd in advance, users may only use the software and the products and services provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd for non commercial purposes of accessing/using the products and services.
6.7 The intellectual property rights owned and enjoyed by the company shall not be transferred due to any user's use behavior.
Advertising, third-party links

8.3 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd does not guarantee the following matters (including but not limited to):
Although the client and other software provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd have all been tested by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, due to the limitations of the technology itself, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd cannot guarantee full compatibility with other software, hardware, and systems. If incompatibility occurs, users can report the situation to the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd for technical support. If the problem cannot be solved, users can choose to obtain technical support. If the problem cannot be solved, users can choose to uninstall or stop using the company's abbreviated products and/or services;
8.3.2 The use of Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd services involves Internet services, which may be affected by unstable factors in various links. Due to force majeure, hacker attacks, system instability, network interruption, user shutdown, communication lines, and other reasons, the company's abbreviated products and/or services may be interrupted or unable to meet user requirements. 8.3.3 As the client and other software provided by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd can be downloaded and spread through the network, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd cannot guarantee whether the JWOBS App service related software downloaded from the official website not designated by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd and obtained from the way not designated by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd is infected with Computer virus, whether there are hidden Trojan programs and other hacker software, We also do not assume any legal liability for direct or indirect damages suffered by users as a result;
8.3.4 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd does not make any guarantees related to the safety, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the products and/or services of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd;
8.3.5 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd does not guarantee that any products, services, or other materials provided by it meet user expectations.
8.4 The user shall bear the risk of using any data downloaded or obtained through the company's short service. The user shall be fully responsible for the damage to the user's computer system or loss of data caused by such use.
8.5 The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, derivative or punitive damages for profit, commercial reputation, data loss, or other tangible or intangible losses caused by the following reasons:

8.6 Users should properly keep their account and password, strengthen password security, and be cautious of account leakage or theft. The company shall not be liable for compensation for any losses caused by the leakage or theft of user accounts, such as the loss or reduction of accounts, account assets, etc. If a user loses or reduces their account or property within the account due to communication line failures, network or computer failures, system instability, force majeure (such as server downtime) or other reasons not related to the company's abbreviation, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd shall not be liable for compensation or other responsibilities.
8.7 If a user loses or reduces their account or assets due to lack of identity authentication or untrue authentication information, and cannot be retrieved, the company shall not bear any legal responsibility.
8.8 The user understands and agrees to freely choose to download and use the products and/or services referred to in the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, at their own risk, including but not limited to the user's behavior during the use of the products and/or services referred to in the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, as well as any consequences arising from the use of the products and/or services referred to in the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd If the computer system is damaged or data is lost due to downloading or using the company's abbreviated products and/or services, the user shall bear full responsibility on their own.
8.9 The user acknowledges and agrees that the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate products and/or services at any time for the purpose of overall operation, or to make business changes, adjustments, and technical changes at its own discretion, without notifying the user, and without assuming any liability or compensation to the user or a third party, unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreed by both parties.
8.10 Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd: Based on its own judgment, the user has the right to delete, block, or disconnect any content that violates or is suspected of violating Chinese laws or the provisions of this agreement, depending on the circumstances; Stop providing services to users or delete or revoke accounts; And has the right to preserve relevant information and report to relevant government departments in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations.
8.11 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd only bears the direct responsibility specified in this agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in this agreement, in any case, the total liability of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd for compensation under this agreement shall not exceed the total service fee charged by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd for providing products and/or services to you.
8.12 Regardless of whether it is foreseeable or not, regardless of the form of behavior, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd is responsible for special, indirect, punitive, sudden or causal damages or any other damages (including but not limited to loss of profits or interest, business interruption, loss of information) caused by any reason.
Change and interruption/termination of services
9.1 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to temporarily or permanently change or terminate the products and/or services (or any part) of the JWOBS App based on the business development of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, regardless of whether the user is notified or not. The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd shall not be liable for breach of contract to the user or any third party for the change or termination of the products and/or services of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, If the product and/or service (or any part thereof) of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd is changed or terminated under the aforementioned circumstances, resulting in losses to the legitimate rights and interests of the user, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd will provide appropriate compensation to the user based on the confirmed actual loss situation upon the user's application.
9.2 Except for the situations mentioned in Article 9.1 above, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to users in the following situations:
9.2.1 You proactively requested;
9.2.2 Your existence or the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, after independent judgment, believes that you have engaged in any behavior that violates national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, violates this agreement, or is detrimental to the interests of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd;
9.2.3 The abbreviation of the company shall be in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations, regulatory policies, or the requirements of competent authorities;
9.2.4 Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd refers to the need to maintain account and system security in emergency situations;
9.2.5 Force majeure (considering the special nature of the Internet, force majeure also includes hacker attacks, significant impacts caused by technological adjustments in telecommunications departments, temporary shutdowns caused by government regulations, virus attacks, and other situations that affect the normal operation of the Internet);
9.2.6 Other Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltds cannot be resisted.
When the termination mentioned in Article 9.2 occurs, both you and the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd agree on the following handling method:
9.3.1 The generated but unused rights under your account will be automatically cleared and not discounted;
9.3.2 If you have ongoing transactions on the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd platform, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd will handle them reasonably according to the situation at that time;
9.3.3 Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations or stated by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, the relevant fees already collected by the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd shall not be refunded;
9.3.4 In case of termination due to your breach of this agreement, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd has the right to demand that you bear corresponding liability for breach of contract depending on the situation;
9.3.5 Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations or stated in the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd does not assume any responsibility to you or any third party.
Account cancellation
10.1 Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd provides you with the right to cancel your JWOBS App and account. You can apply for cancellation online, contact customer service for Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, or cancel your account through other Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd publicity methods (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or this agreement). Once you cancel your account, you will not be able to use the full range of user products provided by Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd and will automatically give up your existing rights. Therefore, please operate with caution.
Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations, after the account is cancelled, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd will stop providing you with all products and services of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd All content, information, data and records under the products and services of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd that you used through the account will be deleted or Data anonymization.
10.2 For more information on the process, conditions, and precautions for canceling an JWOBS App account, please refer to the "JWOBS App Account Cancellation Agreement". If you still insist on canceling your JWOBS App account after careful operation, you can submit a cancellation application to the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd on the relevant function settings page of the product and/or service you use, or according to the operation instructions, to the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd, For example, the logout path in "Mobile JWOBS App" is: My Settings Account Security Account Logout.
Minors clause
11.1 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd attaches great importance to the protection of minors. If the user is a minor, they should read this agreement under the supervision and guidance of their guardian, and use the company's abbreviated products and/or services after obtaining written consent from their guardian.
11.2 Guardians should guide their children on the safety issues they should pay attention to when accessing the internet, and take preventive measures. The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd does not encourage minors to use the products/services of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd Platform for any Consumer behaviour. In case of consumption, minors should ask their guardians to operate or operate with the express consent of their guardians, otherwise they should not use consumer services.
11.3 The Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd reminds minor users to be good at online learning, recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, and avoid being addicted to the internet and affecting their daily learning and life when registering and using the products and/or services of the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd
11.4 For the privacy protection of minors, the Ace IP Holdings Pte Ltd will strictly follow the methods and methods outlined in the "JWOBS App User Privacy Policy" published on the platform.
Notification
12.1 The abbreviation of the company under this agreement refers to all notices to the user that can be sent through webpage announcements, emails, mobile text messages, or regular mail transmission. Such notices shall be deemed to have been delivered to the user on the date of sending.

Other
The interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the China. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation between both parties; If it cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to the people's court of (the location of the company) for litigation resolution. Both parties agree that when resolving disputes, the latest JWOBS App User Service Agreement that you have agreed to shall prevail.
